RSM CZ is offering a new open vacancy of CEE Sales Director.
Job Description
- Identification of new business opportunities in CEE region
- Selling outsourcing and consulting services (mainly accounting, payroll and tax services)
- Extensive networking and developing relationships with possible clients
- Promotion of intraregional client referrals
- Conducting of selected business meetings, consultations, networking
- Close cooperation with marketing and sales teams in each country
- Presenting credentials to prospects
Required profile
- University degree (major in economics / management / trade)
- Min. 7 years of experience in services (outsourcing, consulting, financial or trust services, banking
- Proven results in business development and acquisitions of new clients
- Analytical thinking
- Independence, initiative, enthusiastic and optimistic approach to work
- Diligence, responsibility
- Willingness to travel mainly between Czech and Slovak Republic, Poland, Hungary and Romania
- Advanced knowledge of English and German
