We are looking for an active, target-oriented person who will be cooperating on utilization of our excess properties.
Responsibilities:
- Activation of Excess Properties in Czech Republic.
- Provision, preparation and organization of all plans and data connected to our clients property (boundaries, infrastructure, adjacent development, easements, zoning, constructability etc.) from internal and external sources.
- Creative support for finding and implementing solutions for future and successful use of land.
- Responsibility for communication with suppliers
- Preparation of investment proposals after a given scheme with support from the local team.
- Working languages are English, Czech & Slovak.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience in related area
- Deep knowledge of local building and development
- Basic knowledge of contruction laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Goal oriented person with enthusiasm and cooperative approach
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Driving license
- Fluency in Czech and English language
