Monika is the Managing Partner of RSM Czech Republic and Slovakia (CZ & SK), having progressed since joining as Head of Corporate Finance in 2006. She has led the firm to almost triple in size and overseen several acquisitions, resulting in RSM CZ & SK becoming one of the largest consulting firms in the local market and employing nearly 250 professionals across five offices.
Monika has over 25 years of professional experience and is an expert in mergers & acquisitions (M&A), corporate finance, management consulting and transaction advisory. She successfully implements countless transactions for her vast portfolio of major clients, undertaking extensive M&A, financing, refinancing, and restructuring projects. Monika also assists national and international large and medium-sized companies to develop and achieve their strategic objectives and goals.
In 2021, she was recognised as the valuation expert at the Ministry of Justice in the Czech Republic due to her long-term, in-depth business knowledge. During her career, she obtained the honorary title “LADY PRO 2003” and in the years 2015 – 2017, she was repeatedly announced among the TOP 25 Women of the Czech business ranking.

Milan Černák is a Managing Partner of RSM CZ and SK´s Slovak branch. In 2010, Milan founded LEON Advisory Group, which he successfully led until its merger with RSM. During his career, Milan has advised many international investors in the Slovak market helping them with the establishment of new companies and acquisitions. He assisted in many corporate transactions in various industries (food, automotive, etc.), and over time, he began to specialize in foreign acquisitions.
Milan is a member of the Slovak Chamber of Tax Advisors and regularly lectured on tax issues in Dresden and Frankfurt and at various business forums (INPACT, AGN, Audittrust). Milan is fluent in German and English.

Lenka Zdražilová is an experienced controlling, accounting and tax specialist. In 2003, she completed a “Tax Professional” course and obtained the International IES Certificate. Prior to joining RSM CZ, Lenka worked for 6 years as a tax specialist with CIMEX INVEST, one of the biggest investors in the Czech Republic, focusing on the mergers and restructuring of several leading companies active in the Czech market and on transfer pricing. As a senior controller, she was also in charge of the controlling, financial analysis and reporting of 25 daughter companies to the parent company. Lenka is currently the Head of Transaction advisory services department of RSM CZ. She specializes in financial due diligence, acquisitions and transactions advisory coordinating and managing M&A projects and ensuring bank financing. She has participated in projects for CIMEX, CS Cargo, ČEZ, Segro Czech Republic, ING Bank, Agrowest, JCDecaux, TEDOM, Otavské strojírny, UNIPETROL, IMMOTEL, Partners, EPG Varyada Karlovy Vary, ELEKTRO WORLD and INVIA. In our company, Jiřina started as a senior accountant and was later promoted to manager of payroll outsourcing. Kateřina graduated from the University of Economics in Prague. She majored in International Trade, while her minor was Business and Law. As if this were not enough, she enrolled at the Faculty of Law at Charles University and completed a semester of tax law at the Vienna University of Economics. Afterwards, she completed a postgraduate course in international tax law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and obtained an LLM degree (Master of Law). She worked in the tax department of Ernst & Young and subsequently she served as a financial manager at Pragueweddings.com. Today, she is our tax consulting manager. She specializes in consultancy in the area of corporate income tax, VAT, and due diligence. She has been a member of the Chamber of Tax Advisers of the Czech Republic since 2001. She knows taxes like the back of her hand.

Anna Pačesová joined RSM CZ in 2019 first as a Consultant of Corporate Services, now she is the Head of the Corporate Services department, where she takes care of client´s projects, corporate secretarial matters, and business support mainly for foreign investors and entrepreneurs in the Czech Republic. Anna graduated from Charles University in Prague at the Faculty of Law. She mainly focused on International Law, International Business Law, and Alternative Dispute Resolution. Additionally, she also attended the Faculty of Law at the University of Helsinki in Finland. Anna started her professional career as a paralegal in the Corporate Law department at a law firm in Prague. Thanks to her placement, she gained experience in Corporate Law, Real Estate Law, and Business Law. Anna speaks fluent English.

Lenka Černohubá graduated from the Brno University of Technology, Faculty of Economics and Management, with major specialization in Accounting and Taxes. She started her career as a financial controller, and for six years, she was mainly in charge of controlling, financial analysis and management reporting. Throughout the following four years, Lenka was heading the Accounting Department at East Bohemian Airport a.s. She was responsible for statutory audit, controlling, and financial analysis. As the Chief Accounting Officer, she also served in two logistics companies. Lenka has experience with statutory audit according to the Czech Accounting Standards. At RSM CZ, she has been working as Head of Accounting. Lenka is responsible for Bookkeeping, Financial Reporting, and Financial Statements of various clients.

Rudolf Hájek graduated from the University of Economics in Prague. Prior to joining RSM CZ Rudolf worked as a financial analyst in the Takeover Bids Section of the Czech Securities Commission and as an analyst in the Credit Risk Management Department of the Czech Export Bank. Nowadays, Rudolf is a senior manager in RSM CZ Valuations department specializing in valuation for the purposes of lawsuits, transfer pricing, IFRS reporting and valuation of a spectrum of intangible assets. He has participated in valuation projects for significant Czech and international groups (ČEZ, CPI Group, AVG Technologies Group), in transfer pricing or in the assessment of relations in Czech Aeroholding Group. As for lawsuits, he assessed damages not only on the companies’ values but also in connection with specific projects in energetic or food industry or in IP projects. Rudolf is fluent in English.

Jiří Skotnica graduated from the Czech Technical University in Prague. He is an expert in the field of economics, prices, and valuation, specializing in real estate, as well as real estate valuer certified by the Association for Certification of Valuers. He is a member of the Association for Real Estate Market Development. Prior to joining RSM CZ in 2006, Jiří worked for another valuation company and was, for the last five years of that appointment, head of their valuation department specialized in real estate valuations. There he was responsible for supervising valuations and managing the team of real estate values. In RSM CZ Valuation he holds the position of a Senior Manager of real estate valuation, real estate companies, movable property, and technology entities. Jiří participated in real estate projects for major clients such as CPI PG, ČEZ, Cimex, Finep, Metrostav, Skanska, Eurovia, Prologis, JTH, JRD, Palmer Capital, ZFP, AXA, assets valuation for Delvita, Carrier, Radiokomunikace, Kaufland, Tatra, Tesla, Sungwoo or Unilever. Tomáš is a senior ERP consultant and project manager with more than 15 years of professional experience. Tomáš worked for PWC and IBM and later became an independent consultant. In 2007 he co-founded and was the managing and executive director of ARC Consulting Czech Republic. Tomáš is experienced in all stages of software implementation, from feasibility studies, process design, software development to implementation and support. Zdeno is Head of NetSuite with extensive international experience in implementations and customizations of cloud ERP Systems. Currently, he is leading a team of functional and technical consultants who are delivering cloud ERP solution Oracle NetSuite. He gained a strong technical background after many years of working as a NetSuite developer and has a problem solving and goal achieving attitude. Zdeno gained his management skills by leading a Development Team of RSM Technology CZ. Besides working as a technical Solution Architect, he is also leading big-scale projects as a Project Manager, ensuring timely delivery, and fulfilling client’s needs and requirements. Zuzana is a Head of Management Consulting with international experience in Process Mapping and Design, Automation and Business Improvement Projects, Design of Financial Processes and Reporting, Cloud ERP Implementations, Solution Architecture, and Presales. At RSM Technology, Zuzana is a functional manager in the management consulting team with a focus on local and international process improvement projects and NetSuite implementation projects. Marta Rosová graduated from the University of Economics in Prague, focusing on Finance and Accounting, and a two-year postgraduate business valuation course from Valuation Institute in Prague. Thanks to her work-related success, she was listed amongst the significant alumni of the University of Economics, Faculty of Finance and Accounting. Marta already worked at RSM CZ between the years 2000-2012. During her tenure, she built up the largest and the most respected Valuation Institute in the Czech Republic. Amongst her clients, she served as a manager of the valuation department, are reputable groups such as ČEZ, PPF, J&T, and CPI. In 2012, during her maternity leave, Marta set up FreshFlow Systems, the company developing web and mobile applications for managing sales activities and extraction of client’s contacts within the business network. The application is currently used by thousands of sales representatives, especially in the financial, advisory, and insurance sectors, both in the Czech and Slovak markets. Amongst the FreshFlow clients are Allianz (insurance company), Partners Financial Services, Partners Group SK, NN pojišťovna (insurance company), and also firms doing business under Broker Trust and advisors of AXA (insurance company). Based on her gained experience in software development for larger corporate clients, Marta applies it as Head of Software division Nugget within RSM Payroll Solutions CZ. Amongst the clients using the Nugget software solution for payroll processing are firms such as IBM, Hypoteční banka, MALL.CZ or Kika Nábytek, to name a few. Marta speaks English fluently.

Since 2008 he has been the head of Cloud Solutions and Services division. Karel has participated in projects such as IT infrastructure administration for Kaufland CZ & SK, Ahold Retal CZ and cloud solutions for NOARK and RSM CZ.

Petr graduated from the Czech Technical University in Prague, with a major in automated control systems. He started his career as a technician specialising in LAN server support connection, first for Themos and later for DB. Petr joined RSM CZ in 1992. As a system specialist and the head of Network Infrastructure department, Petr is now responsible for pre-sale and after-sale communication support. Petr is an expert in the development of applications for network and system administration, supervision and management. He has participated in projects such as the design and implementation of LAN and WiFi support for Ahold Czech Republic, Kiekert-CS, and other projects for Tatra and Pojišťovna České republiky, to name a few.

Before joining RSM CZ Martin worked as a Head of Information Technology and Quality Manager. He joined our company in 2009 as a Navision Implementation Consultant and he has been working on a major Microsoft project for the Prison Service of the Czech Republic, which is still in charge. He has participated in several other Navision implementations, such as VaK Hodonin a.s., or MJM Litovel a.s. Since 2013, he has held the position of Project Leader, and has subsequently taken over the management of all commercial applications of the Business Applications Division including service. Since 2018, he has been the business application manager. He speaks English.

Martin has graduated from Czech Technical University in Prague, from Faculty of Electrical Engineering, He was focused on microelectronics and economics. He works at RSM from the year 1998 in the business department of IT services. From the year 2000, he changed several management positions in IT and network infrastructure. At the end of September 2019, he was appointed new Head of IT infrastructure RSM CZ. Martin takes care of our key accounts, project management, contract management. He establishes relationships with ITC key producers, including the process itself. His important clients are influential companies in retail, bank or pharmacy industry.
