As we no longer live in the times of Judge Dee, hardly any litigation in which damages are claimed can be decided without an expert opinion. It is the amount of damage that is the issue of fact to be determined by an expert, and current legislation also permits either party to a judicial dispute to present an expert opinion as evidence.

The RSM CZ Valuation Office is authorised by the Czech Ministry of Justice to give expert opinions in the calculation of damages. Preparing an expert opinion for you is not the end of our collaboration. We will also support you by providing additional statements or attending court hearings.
