Zuzana Kubíková

Zuzana is a Head of Management Consulting with international experience in Process Mapping and Design, Automation and Business Improvement Projects, Design of Financial Processes and Reporting, Cloud ERP Implementations, Solution Architecture, and Presales. Her additional expertise is in the system enablement of SOX control and Internal Controls. At RSM Technology, Zuzana is a functional manager in the management consulting team with a focus on local and international process improvement projects and NetSuite implementation projects. Zuzana obtained NetSuite Financial User Certificate and Certificate for payroll and double-entry accounting. She holds a master’s degree in financial management (M.Sc. & Ing.) from the Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg in Germany and the University of Economics in Bratislava, Slovakia. Her native language is Slovak, she speaks German and English fluently.

Milan Černák is a Managing Partner of RSM CZ and SK´s  Slovak branch. In 2010, Milan founded LEON Advisory Group, which he successfully led until its merger with RSM. During his career, Milan has advised many international investors in the Slovak market helping them with the establishment of new companies and acquisitions. He assisted in many corporate transactions in various industries (food, automotive, etc.), and over time, he began to specialize in foreign acquisitions.

Milan is a member of the Slovak Chamber of Tax Advisors and regularly lectured on tax issues in Dresden and Frankfurt and at various business forums (INPACT, AGN, Audittrust). Milan is fluent in German and English.
